Brief: A Minnesota Republican State Legislator's Contract with Voters

 

 

A Minnesota Republican State Legislator's Contract with Voters is focused on the Legislator's role individually, and the Legislature's role as the pre-eminent branch of "... a republican form of government."

 

The focus is on the process of government, and the Legislator's role as a representative of his or her district.  The Contract explicitly recognizes that legislator's representing different districts will be representing different interests.
